What does the setup fee cover?
Full configuration of your mycache account, branding applied to the client app and digital passes, Stripe connection, staff training session, and onboarding support for your first clients.
What counts as a transaction?
The 3.25% fee applies to wallet top-ups by clients. It is not charged on cashback, subscription loads, or operator adjustments. All payments are processed through Stripe.
Are there per-seat or per-client fees?
No. The $99 monthly fee covers unlimited clients and unlimited staff accounts. You will never be charged more because you grew.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no lock-in contract. Cancel monthly billing at any time. Client wallet balances remain accessible for 90 days after cancellation.
How long does setup take?
Most clinics are live within five business days of completing the onboarding form. We handle all configuration and testing before your first client arrives.
Do you offer a custom plan for larger groups?
